Crystalbrook Byron is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor for our luxury resort in Byron Bay. This full-time role leads Guest Service Agents and Porters, ensuring warm, personalised service and smooth day-to-day operations on shift.

You will mentor the Front Office team, support managers, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold our Spirit of Wonder and sustainability ethos. Previous luxury-hotel leadership and a hands-on approach are essential.

• Strong guest service orientation and problem solving.
• Ability to lead, coach and train teams.
