InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef is seeking a Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge and Instant Service teams, delivering personalised experiences and seamless guest journeys across the resort on Hayman Island. You will anticipate guest needs, curate bespoke island experiences, and elevate service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Demonstrated concierge, guest services or luxury resort leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proactive guest service mindset.
• Ability to manage high volumes of guest requests with ownership and follow-through.
