White Story is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Hyde Park team in Adelaide. Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you will drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and inspire a team to meet KPIs while maintaining our luxury brand standards.

This full-time role follows a Tuesday to Saturday roster. You will lead with passion, develop your staff, and uphold service excellence, stock integrity, and compliance in a high-end environment.

Formación

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail management, with 1 year in a leadership role within luxury fashion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial insight with proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive sales targets while upholding luxury brand standards.
• Drive sales, manage budgets, monitor shrinkage and costs to maximise profit.
