Job summary

W Sydney seeks a Luxury F&B Reservations Executive to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a luxury environment. You will manage daily reservations, group bookings and events, while supporting leadership with day-to-day tasks.

Working alongside the hotel marketing team, you will shape menus and collateral, using Sevenrooms, IRIS and other tools to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue.
