GENTLE MONSTER in Chadstone, Melbourne is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate to deliver premium customer service, build client relationships, and drive sales in a luxury eyewear environment. You will engage customers, recommend products, and maintain store visuals while upholding brand standards.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with five days a week, permanent full-time status.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, share product knowledge, and deliver outstanding service.

• Participate in merchandising and visual projects, including stock maintenance, floor updates, and inventory control.

• Contribute to loss prevention efforts in accordance with company policies.
