Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to identify needs, share product knowledge, and deliver outstanding service.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment with peers, supervisors and clients.
• Demonstrate adaptability to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Participate in merchandising and visual projects, including stock maintenance and floor updates.
• Maintain operational excellence across the sales floor and stock areas.
• Support Store Management with initiatives that drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and align with GENTLE MONSTER’s dress standards.
