EssilorLuxottica’s Sunglass Hut Emporium in Melbourne is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach the team, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards.

You will act as Store Manager when needed, drive sales, manage store operations, and help develop expertise with luxury brands like Ray-Ban, CHANEL, Prada, and Oakley Meta. This role offers growth within a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in retail.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets/KPIs.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach the team.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and motivate the team to meet store targets.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement through coaching.
• Act as Store Manager when required, including opening/closing the store.
• Deliver memorable customer service with strong product knowledge.
• Implement brand visuals and promotions effectively.
• Create a safe working environment for staff and customers.
