Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience preferably in fashion & accessories industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Strong sense of high-end fashion.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Experience in customer service / hotel industry will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
• Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset.
• Support the front and back-of-house teams while upholding Maison values and standards.
