You will lead client journeys, mentor a high-performing team, and drive commercial performance through exceptional clienteling and storytelling. This role blends leadership with hands-on client interaction in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate excels at building VIP relationships, coaches others, and contributes to store strategy and operational excellence while representing the brand at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales and understand KPIs.
• Passion for building relationships with VIP clients and representing the brand at a high level.
• Experience in luxury retail operations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to manage escalations professionally.
