Bulgari on the Gold Coast Pacific Fair Boutique is seeking a dynamic Client Advisor to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience and drive sales of High Jewellery, High End watches, and related services.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury jewellery or premium retail, strong clienteling and CRM skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional client journey in a team environment.

Qualifications

• You are a clienteling and sales expert.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury jewellery.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional client journey.
• Experience in high-end retail or luxury hospitality.
• Warm, empathetic approach and ability to nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide brand ambassador service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Drive sales for High Jewellery, High Watches and High End categories.
• Welcome clients, assess needs, provide customized advice and guide through the full sales process.
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to store KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and comply with store standards and WHS.
