Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in luxury jewellery or high-end retail
• Strong client service and sales skills
• Ability to build personalized client relationships across channels

Responsibilities

• Accountable for High Jewellery (HJ), High Watches (HEW) & High End (HE) sales overall
• Welcome all clients entering the store with exceptional service and ensure a positive impression
• Guide clients through product discovery and the full sales process using effective selling techniques
• Contribute to store sales targets and service KPIs
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellence at every touchpoint
• Comply with Bulgari WHS policies and store standards
• Build and maintain strong, personalized client relationships in CRM
• Capture and use client data for follow-ups and personalized communication
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information
• Ensure after-sales services, follow-ups and issue resolution are handled
• Show passion and empathy for clients and nurture relationships
• Apply all sales procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, legal, etc.)
• Maintain front shop presentation per VM guidelines
• Share client insights and product feedback with the team
• You are a clienteling and sales expert
• You have min. 2 years experience in luxury jewellery
• You are passionate about delivering an exceptional journey
• You have experience within high end retail or luxury hospitality
• You deliver a warm, empathetic client experience with an entrepreneurial approach
• You are excited about working as part of a team and nurturing client relationships
