Jac + Jack in Strand Arcade Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead alongside the Store Manager and deliver an engaging customer experience in a premium brand environment.

You will be responsible for coaching the team, rostering, and contributing to weekly reporting while ensuring the store reflects the brand’s seasonal direction. The role offers Full Time/Part-Time arrangements and negotiable terms in a dynamic retail setting.

Formación

• 1–2 years retail management experience required, preferably in fashion.

Responsabilidades

• Set the standard for service and sales to deliver an exceptional Jac + Jack experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through authentic interactions.
• Assist in rostering to best support the team and business.
• Implement store initiatives and training to achieve results.
• Ensure store presentation reflects brand direction and seasonal inspiration.
• Share feedback with Head Office on customer preferences and market trends.
• Contribute to weekly business reporting and management calls with insights.
