CVinternational has been engaged to appoint an Assistant Store Manager for a flagship luxury fashion boutique in Sydney CBD. The role combines commercial leadership, clienteling, and team development to deliver exceptional service and performance.

You will work closely with the Store Director, lead on the sales floor, coach staff, and ensure the boutique operates to the highest luxury standards while driving growth and client engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading luxury fashion teams.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the boutique in the Store Director's absence and support daily operations.
• Analyse performance data and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Drive sales, conversion, AOV, and client retention through active client engagement.
• Maintain luxury brand standards in presentation, service, and stock management.
• Coach and develop department managers and client advisors.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and clear communication across the team.
