Job summary

Jacqui E Adelaide Harbour Town is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales KPIs.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, drive stock control, visual merchandising and store presentation, and foster a positive, safety-conscious retail environment. This permanent full-time role offers a structured training plan and opportunities for career development within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to coach and give constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
• Visual Merchandising experience is a plus.
