Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant in Sydney to manage end-to-end arrangements for high-value clients, curating bespoke itineraries and exclusive experiences. This role emphasizes relationship-building, premium service, and attention to detail over sales targets.

The position offers a hybrid working model (2 days WFH, 3 days in the CBD office) and an attractive salary of AUD 85,000 plus super and incentives, with ongoing development in a global luxury travel

Qualifications

• Experienced Travel Consultant with strong luxury travel background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail in every booking.
• Knowledge of luxury airlines, hotels, dining, events, and premium products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted travel consultant for exclusive VIP clients.
• Build long-term relationships through personalised, high-touch service.
• Curate bespoke luxury travel itineraries and unforgettable experiences.
• Manage complex bookings across flights, hotels, and premium products.
• Provide polished, professional support across all enquiries.
• Stay across luxury travel trends and destinations.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored travel solutions.
• Focus on service excellence and engagement rather than KPI targets.
• Leverage a strong-retail or luxury travel background in delivery.
• Communicate clearly with clients and partners to ensure seamless experiences.
