Talent Solution Partners is seeking an experienced luxury retail leader for a role offering uncapped commission and clear career progression in one of Australia’s prestige fashion brands.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years in premium retail, luxury fashion or beauty, with proven ability to elevate client experiences and lead a team. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in a high-performing boutique environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in luxury retail leadership roles such as Assistant Manager, Senior Stylist or Department Manager.
• Experience leading private styling appointments and delivering high-end client experiences.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while prioritising exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead private styling appointments with confidence and exceptional attention to detail.
• Deliver a luxury client experience from welcome to final fitting.
• Build lasting client relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through outstanding service, not hard selling.
• Support boutique leadership and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and manage appointments and follow-up.
