• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Managing the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld.
• Coordinating service department and loan car bookings in a timely and accurate manner
• Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer
• Working collaboratively with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing
• Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long‑term customer relationships.
