InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is seeking a Steward (Casual) to support our busy kitchen operations on a casual basis. Reporting to the Chief Steward, you will help with cleaning, sanitising and dishwashing, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Entry level role into the hospitality industry with growth potential.
• Willing to work irregular shifts across a seven day roster including overnights, holidays and weekends.
• Must have current working rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and premises, upholding hygiene standards.
• Clean and sanitise all kitchen areas, manage rubbish and dishwashing operations.
• Work independently or as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
