Capella Sydney invites an attentive Food & Beverage Attendant - Event Operations to join our luxury hotel team. You will help set up event spaces, deliver flawless service, and work with the events team to meet every requirement.

You will serve a range of exquisite dishes and drinks, engage with guests, and uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards. The role requires a NSW RSA, a Food Handler's Certificate, and availability for a rotating roster including weekends and public

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a comparable role is preferred.
• Attention to detail and being proactive.
• Effective communication with a personable character and authenticity.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Food Handler's Certificate.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Being available to work on a rotating roster throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
