Sofitel Sydney Wentworth invites applications for a Club Millésime Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and reflect our luxury standards in every interaction.

In this role you will manage arrivals, departures and lounge access, deliver personalised service, and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest journey from arrival to departure. RSA certified, fluent English required with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, guest service, or front office role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS Opera.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
