Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, front office or guest service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering guest experiences.
• Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Opera experience preferred).
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a flawless, personalised guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, and lounge access in accordance with hotel procedures.
