Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, a luxury hotel in Sydney, seeks a guest-focused Receptionist for Club Millésime. You will warmly welcome guests, manage arrivals and lounge access, and support a personalised luxury experience across all guest interactions.

Ideal candidates have luxury hotel experience, exceptional communication, and discretion. RSA certified, fluent in English, and able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating rosters.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, guest service or front office preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest experiences.
• Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
