Warrikal Pty is seeking experienced Lubrication Technicians to join our core crew for ongoing works across the Pilbara region. This is an opportunity to build your skills, grow your career, and develop experience across a range of mining maintenance operations.

You’ll carry out lubrication activities across planned shutdowns, maintenance and project works at mine sites, with the chance to advance as part of our growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in lubrication and maintenance within mining or heavy industry.
• Ability to perform oil sampling and lubrication analysis as required.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, maintain, and report on plant machinery condition to ensure reliability.
• Perform routine oil changes, grease application, and lubrication servicing per specs.
• Conduct oil sampling and lubrication analysis to optimise performance.
• Identify equipment defects and report wear or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and lubricant usage docs.
• Follow SWIs, site procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and tooling management; support continuous improvement.

Warrikal is seeking experienced and motivated Lubrication Technicians to join our core crew, with ongoing work across the Pilbara. This is an opportunity to build your skills, grow your career and develop your experience across a range of mining maintenance operations.

The Role

You’ll carry out lubrication activities across planned shutdowns, maintenance and project works at various mine sites throughout the Pilbara region. As part of our ongoing core crew, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career with Warrikal.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and report on the condition of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
• Perform routine oil changes, grease application, and lubrication servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance, oil sampling, and lubrication analysis to optimise equipment performance and reliability.
• Identify, assess, and report equipment defects, wear, and potential mechanical issues.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance teams to troubleshoot problems and improve equipment efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and lubricant usage documentation.
• Follow all Safe Work Instructions (SWIs), site procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and tooling management.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

About You

• Strong knowledge of fixed plant maintenance, Inclusive of balance machines, Geho pumps, Crushers and exciters.
• Demonstrated experience as a Lubrication Technician in mining, construction, heavy industry, or a similar environment.
• An Australian-recognised trade qualification or relevant industry qualification. (Desired) by not essential for the right candidate.
• A current Construction White Card.
• A valid Australian C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry certificates.
• Sound knowledge of industrial lubrication practices, oil sampling, grease application, and preventative maintenance.
• The ability to identify equipment issues, maintain accurate records, and work independently when required.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with site procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a maintenance team.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
