Job summary

Warrikal Pty in Western Australia is seeking skilled Roller Technicians to join our shutdowns, maintenance, and project work. You will inspect, maintain, and replace rollers and conveyor components, and operate the PDS – Digital Roller Monitoring System.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Australia.
• Construction White Card required.
• Australian Driver's Licence (C Class).
• Hold an Australian recognised qualification.
• Willingness to obtain High Risk Work Licence – Rigging Ticket.
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Confined Space Entry Certificate
• High Risk Work Licence – Rigging Ticket or willing to obtain
• Willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to expand skillset
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain & replace rollers and conveyor components.
• Operate the PDS – Digital Roller Monitoring System.
• Support equipment installation & commissioning.
• Monitor performance and report faults.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot and improve roller efficiency.
• Operate mechanical & hydraulic belt lifting equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols.
• Handle rollers safely and manage tooling with discipline.
