Job summary

A leading industrial services company in Australia is seeking a Lubrication Technician for a FIFO role focused on the maintenance of lubrication and grease systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring peak performance and executing maintenance campaigns on heavy plant equipment. Candidates must have proven experience in a similar role, hold a C Class Licence, and possess Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets. This opportunity offers casual flat rate and shifts of 12 hours, both day and night.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role as a Lubrication Technician.
• Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets (within 2 years of issue date).
• Rigging Ticket an advantage – not essential.
• MLA1 or MLA2 – not essential.
• Tickets for Working at Heights and Confined Spaces within 2 years.
• Rigging Ticket and MLA1/MLA2 are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure peak performance of lubrication and grease systems.
• Execute periodic and grouped maintenance campaigns.
• Emphasize lubrication health, system integrity, and reliability.

Skills

Servicing heavy plant and equipment

Job description

Join SRG Global for a high-impact shutdown role focused on ensuring peak performance of lubrication and grease systems across fixed plant equipment. You’ll play a critical role in executing periodic and grouped maintenance campaigns, with particular emphasis on lubrication health, system integrity, and reliability. This position is FIFO.

FIFOShutdown dates:

22nd April until 28th April 2026.

Flexibility:

• Casual Flat Rate.
• 12Hour Days - Day and Night Shift.

Key Duties and Scope:

• Hands on experience with servicing heavy plant and equipment
• Basic knowledge of lubricants and lubrication techniques
• Good Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with Single Point Lubricators

Must Have:

• Proven experience in a similar role as a Lubrication Technician
• C Class Licence
• Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets (within 2 years of issue date)
