Job summary

RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an OEM Supervisor to lead the Service Delivery Team on site. The role focuses on safe, high-quality shutdowns, installations, audits and overhauls of OEM equipment, with hands-on leadership of crews and coordination of mobilisation, demobilisation, tooling and personnel.

You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to OEM standards, and a strong on-site safety culture, including JHAs and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising trades teams during shutdowns.
• Proven leadership in fixed plant operations.
• Sound knowledge of safety systems and legislative compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field leadership for OEM shutdowns, installations and overhauls.
• Plan daily activities to meet schedule.
• Promote on-site safety culture and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate mobilisation/demobilisation logistics and tooling readiness.
• Interpret basic drawings and guide work to OEM standards.
• Ensure work quality and tolerances are met.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and liaise with technical support.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
