Job summary

Bonds Geelong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Geelong store. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with opportunities to lead the team, drive KPI performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will engage in coaching, merchandising, stock control, and staff development while enjoying generous staff perks, including discounts, clothing allowance, and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every month, plus your standard Friday and Saturday RDOs
• Receive up to 50% discount off Hanes Brands, including Sheridan, Bonds and Bras N Things, plus 30% discounts for your family and friends
