Hydrogen Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the loyalty and rewards platform, aligning business needs with technical solutions. You will translate complex requirements into clear technical specs and collaborate with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to deliver API-driven integrations and data workflows.

The role covers loyalty, rewards, and financial services capabilities, requiring strong SQL, API, and data-m mapping skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a digital/tech environment.
Experience with loyalty/rewards programs and financial services.
Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations and data mapping.
Experience with SQL and relational databases is advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

Responsabilités

Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into technical specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support development and enhancement of loyalty, rewards and financial services platforms.
Collaborate with engineering on API integrations, interfaces and data flows.
Analyse customer journeys across enrolment, points, redemption and rewards management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on platform integrations and new capabilities.
