Job summary

Hydrogen Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a data‑driven advertising business. The role is a 6‑month initial contract with hybrid Sydney work arrangements.

You'll partner with stakeholders, data engineers and cross‑functional teams to support data pipelines and post‑campaign reporting, translating requirements into actionable insights across channels including OOH, email, in‑store, online and off‑network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within media/advertising or ad tech environments.
• Understanding of data pipelines, data flows, reporting and measurement methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
• Support development and improvement of data pipelines underpinning campaign measurement and reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data flows across systems and reporting solutions.
• Define measurement requirements and reporting methodologies for advertising campaigns.
• Work across in‑home, email marketing, in‑store, online and off‑network channels.
