Lifeline Australia is seeking a Loyalty Manager to lead our loyalty and retention programs, boosting revenue from single and regular givers. You will coordinate with the Supporter Experience and Donor Acquisition teams to translate insights into targeted fundraising activity, including appeals, Giving Day campaigns and lifecycle communications.

You will own revenue-generating campaigns, oversee budgets and external partners, and ensure compliance with fundraising standards while driving donor

Formación

• Experience in individual giving, direct response fundraising and donor development.
• Proven ability to drive donor retention and revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and forecast performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead loyalty and retention fundraising programs to grow donor retention, engagement and revenue.
• Plan and execute appeals, Giving Day campaigns and multi-channel fundraising activities across direct mail, email, SMS, telemarketing and digital channels.
• Develop fundraising propositions, campaign briefs and communications with marketing and key stakeholders.
• Drive regular giving performance through donor retention, upgrade and reactivation strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance and donor behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner across fundraising teams to deliver journeys and gifts-in-wills and mid-value giving.
• Manage campaign budgets, external suppliers and agencies for ROI.
• Ensure activities comply with legislation and policies.
