This full‑time role is open to current employees and contractors and offers an even‑time 7/7 roster, with responsibilities including supporting underground operations, performing longwall duties, and upholding safety and procedures.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years Longwall/Development experience, holds a current Standard 11, and shows sound critical thinking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Longwall/Development experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrate sound critical thinking and operational skills.
• Can work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the underground operation and statutory inspections.
• Performing operational duties on the longwall.
• Displaying high work standards and compliance to documented procedures.
• Influencing and maintaining a positive team culture and driving the safety culture.
