Glencore’s Oaky Creek Coal operation in Tieri, QLD, is seeking a Longwall Operator to support the underground longwall process and inspections. This full-time role requires a proactive mindset, adherence to procedures, and a collaborative approach within the team.

Formación

• 2+ years Longwall/Development experience.
• Hold a current Standard 11.
• Demonstrate sound critical thinking and operational skills.
• Can work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Providing support to the underground operation and statutory inspections
• Performing operational duties on the longwall
• Displaying high work standards and compliance to documented procedures
• Influencing and maintaining a positive team culture and driving the safety culture
