Applicants should have 2+ years longwall experience, hold a current Standard 11, and demonstrate strong teamwork and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Longwall/Development experience will be highly regarded.
• Hold a current Standard 11.
• Demonstrate sound critical thinking and operational skills.
• Can work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the underground operation and statutory inspections.
• Performing operational duties on the longwall.
• Displaying high work standards and compliance to documented procedures.
• Influencing and maintaining a positive team culture and driving the safety culture.
