MacKellar invites an experienced Long Term Maintenance Planner to join our team in a permanent 5/2/4/3 roster. You will develop long-term maintenance strategies for a large mobile mining fleet, optimise component life and plan replacements to maximise uptime.
Reporting to the Planning & Reliability team, you will coordinate with site planners, reliability engineers and procurement to ensure plans are aligned with expenditure and availability goals.

Reporting to the Planning & Reliability team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing long-term maintenance plans for heavy mobile equipment. Working closely with site maintenance planners, reliability engineers and procurement teams, you'll ensure components, resources and maintenance strategies are aligned to maximise fleet availability and minimise unplanned downtime.
