Job summary

Pool Pro, part of The Pops Group, seeks a Transport & Logistics Manager to own transport and distribution, optimise fleet utilisation and manage external freight partners. Based at Milperra with transition to Ingleburn, shortlist candidates with strong planning, leadership and safety focus.

The role offers a stable, full-time position with a focus on operational excellence and customer delivery performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Transport Manager, Logistics Manager, Fleet Manager or similar.
• Experience coordinating with external freight providers and carriers.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, freight and distribution processes.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transport and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Schedule daily delivery runs and optimise fleet utilisation.
• Manage external freight partners and supplier relationships.
• Monitor freight costs, service levels and safety compliance.
• Coordinate freight bookings, tracking, collections and deliveries.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and costs.
