Whitepage Consultancy Pty Ltd – Bellbird Park, QLD is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee vehicles, equipment and daily freight movements. The role focuses on meeting delivery promises, optimising load utilization and maintaining safety and compliance across the fleet.

The position requires hands-on management of operations, scheduling, and cost control, with an emphasis on reliability and efficient service for local, regional and interstate runs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in fleet, transport or logistics operations.
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and freight bookings, and convert them into daily and weekly run plans.
• Build and release the transport schedule across local, regional and interstate work.
• Coordinate movement of containers, machinery and general freight to meet the day’s promises.
• Advise customers on equipment needs and appropriate transport solutions.
• Quote cartage and hire rates, and confirm commercial arrangements before work is released to the yard.
• Maintain fleet records, monitor compliance and safety standards, and manage fuel and costs.
• Roster, supervise drivers and subcontractors, ensuring licences and accreditations are up to date.
