Job summary

Blackbook Recruitment seeks an Operations Supervisor for a South Sydney warehousing and distribution site. You will report to the Site Manager and support the management team across commercial, dispatch, engineering and maintenance functions.

The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, supervising contractors, and leading training schedules to ensure safety, competency, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead planning and oversight of operational training to ensure staff competency.
• Review and update operational procedures to align with Safety Management System and standards.
