Job summary

eStore Logistics is seeking skilled Forklift Operators (MHE) to join our Operations team at Marsden Park. You will operate high reach forklifts and RF devices, pick and unload containers, and maintain safety and efficiency across daily tasks.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork to meet KPIs. Opportunities for development and team-focused environment available at multiple fast-growing sites within NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high reach forklifts; LF license preferred.
• Aisle Master experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and unloading containers using MHE.
• Execute daily warehouse activities safely and in line with SLAs.
• Follow policy and safety procedures and traffic rules.
• Sort, pack, label customer orders and perform cycle counts.

What are we looking for? We are looking for skilled and motivated Forklift Operators (MHE) to join our Operations team at Marsden Park. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of material handling equipment and have a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

What will you do?

• Perform picking and unloading containers using MHE
• Execute daily activities efficiently, safely and in line with SLAs
• Follow policy and procedures including traffic management rules and safety
• Sort, pack, tape and label customer orders
• Operate RF device to pick and pack orders, receipt goods and perform cycle counts
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPI’s
• Contribute to a positive and high standard work environment

What skills will you have?

• Experience operating high reach forklifts (LF). Aisle Master experience is preferred
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
• Reliable and punctual
• Problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, work towards KPI’s
• Good communication skills
