Job summary

Myer in North Lakes, Queensland seeks a Team Leader to guide the logistics team, optimise stock flow into the store, and oversee replenishment and online fulfilment practices. You will coach staff to maintain safe and efficient operations and meet peak trading demands.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and time management skills, and a passion for customer service in a retail environment. You will work at the loading dock with regular store trading hours.

Job description

• Develop your skills to become a future member of the Myer store Management team

Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager and based at the loading dock, the Team Leader is an integral part within the logistics team ensuring a streamlined operational and seamless optimisation of stock flow into the store. You will coach and guide your team with safe and efficient logistics and replenishment and online fulfilment practices.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours and occasionally peak trading times.

Your Background:

• Supervisory and / or people leadership experience is essential
• Demonstrated experience in dock-to-floor logistics, replenishment procedures and exposure to online order fulfilment
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to undertaking and promoting safe work practices
• Communication skills along with time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
• Passion for customer service and a love of retail!
