Job summary

360 International Trading is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to guide three logistics staff and own end-to-end operations—from imports and freight coordination through to 3PL performance, inventory accuracy and on-time deliveries across Australia and New Zealand.

This hands-on role rewards problem-solvers who enjoy developing a team, ensuring smooth daily operations during product launches and seasonal peaks, and communicating clearly in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Three years of logistics experience with a consumer electronics distributor.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Experience managing imports, 3PL providers, inventory and retailer or consumer fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Lead three logistics team members and own end-to-end operations—from imports and freight coordination through to 3PL performance, inventory accuracy and customer deliveries.
• Develop and manage logistics processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery during product launches and peak seasons.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve performance.

We’re hiring a Logistics Team Leader at 360 International.

Our portfolio includes Roborock, Segway-Ninebot, Navimow, Bambu Lab, Hohem and other consumer technology brands, supplying retailers and consumers across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll lead three logistics team members and take ownership of our logistics operations—from imports and freight coordination through to 3PL performance, inventory accuracy and customer deliveries.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing a team and keeping operations running smoothly through product launches and seasonal peaks.

You’ll need:

• At least three years’ logistics experience with a consumer electronics distributor.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English - speaking, reading and writing.
• Experience managing imports, 3PL providers, inventory and retailer or consumer fulfilment.
• Demonstrated team leadership, strong communication and excellent technology skills.
