Job summary

Richemont Group in Sydney CBD is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain enthusiast to coordinate daily activities across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager.

The role covers CITES management, SAP MM processing, inbound/outbound shipments, domestic deliveries, and stock control, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative team with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in logistics (warehousing and freight).
• Excellent communication skills; ability to give effective status updates.
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of own work.
• Proactive approach and initiative; flexible to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• CITES Management: permit applications, acquittals, inventory control.
• SAP Transactions: inbound/outbound orders, post goods receipt and issue, returns processing.
• Inbound Shipments (Import): shipping advice, invoice dispatch, coordinate with forwarder.
• Outbound Shipments (Export): export invoices, shipment booking, re-export permits, coordinate with forwarder.
• Domestic Deliveries: arrange courier, POSM deliveries, follow transportation guidelines.
• Stock Management: cycle counts, pick and pack for shoots/events.

We are looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain enthusiast to support the function across Australia and New Zealand from our Sydney CBD office

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Logistics and Supply Chain functions in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance to customs and local authorities’ procedure and regulations within the set allocated timeframe.

CITES Management

• Cites Permit application and acquittals
• Verify overseas supplier re-export Cites Permit
• Cites Permit inventory control

SAP Transactions

• Processing of Inbound and Outbound orders (IDNs/ODNs)
• Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound orders
• Perform PGR & PGI (Post Goods Receipt and Issue)
• Processing of Return Orders (RFC1/RTV1)

Inbound Shipments (Import)

• Shipping advice dispatch
• Australian invoice dispatch
• Co-ordinate with forwarder

Outbound Shipments (Export)

• Export shipping invoice preparation
• Export shipment booking
• Prepare re-export cites permit
• Coordinate with forwarder

Domestic Deliveries

• Arrange courier service for office/Customer Service/Boutiques
• Organize deliveries of POSM with 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider
• Ensure compliance with Group’s transportation guidelines

Stock Management

• Conduct periodic cycle count
• Pick and pack stocks for photoshoots and events
