DHL Supply Chain in Victoria is seeking a Transport Systems Analyst to support transport systems and act as the first point of contact for stakeholders. You will provide 2nd level IT user support across transport-related systems, work to meet SLAs, and drive process improvements.

The role includes system setup, onboarding new customers, data analysis, and contributing to ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with transport, warehouse knowledge in logistics and supply chain.
• Experience with support/help desk functions.
• Familiarity with system, network and database setup.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd level IT user support for transport systems (portal issues, data, tracking, billing).
• Deliver critical support to meet customer SLA expectations.
• Analyze and report on systems and processes to identify improvements.
• Plan and solve problems; identify operational efficiencies.
• Set up systems and onboard new customers.
• Handle ad hoc projects.
