PHE Group is seeking a safety- and quality-conscious Site Supervisor to join the Tumut region team. You will supervise operators and trades on a 12-hour DIDO roster, with meal allowance, accommodation, and daily transport provided.

Based near the Snowy Mountains, you will oversee site work across multiple power stations and infrastructure sites, balancing overtime with time at home while maintaining strong safety standards and client relationships.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking safety and quality- conscious Site Supervisor to join the team. In this role, you will be working 12-hour days on a 2:1 roster DIDO roster based near Cabramurra NSW.

Meal allowance, accommodation, and transport to the site each day will be provided.

Based at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, PHE’s Tumut operations undertakes small- and large-scale project work within the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Scheme. The role involves the supervision of employees at various power station and infrastructure sites throughout the ‘Snowy’ and broader region on rosters that balance regular overtime and time at home.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality work in industrial settings.
• Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required.
• Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
• Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
• Oversee PHE Plant & Equipment onsite to ensure compliance

About You

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experienced leading a team made up of Operators & Trades Assistances on industrial sites.
• Have experience with warehousing & logistics operations
• Have experienced in Chain of Responsibility procedures
• Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.
• The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.
• Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Enjoy problem-solving.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.
• Quality Management experience.
• Budget management experience.
• Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• High risk work licence with WP, CN DG Class (desirable)
• Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years
• Telehandler Gold Card (desirable)
• White Construction Card
• HR Drivers Licence
• Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
