Job summary

HVO is seeking an experienced CHPP Supervisor to lead production teams on a 12-hour, rotating day/night roster at our NSW Hunter Valley sites. The role focuses on safety, quality, and achieving planned production targets within CHPP operations.

Applicants should have electrical or mechanical trade or engineering qualifications, and a proven leadership background in CHPP environments. Strong planning and negotiation skills, plus a proactive safety mindset, are essential.

Qualifications

Electrical or Mechanical trade or engineering qualification is desirable.
Experience in CHPP environment.
Familiarity with relevant legislation and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the production team to meet targets.
Ensure adherence to daily and weekly plans and KPIs for safety, quality and production.
Provide guidance to direct reports and encourage ownership.
Supervise teams to meet planned outcomes and maintain standards.
Identify and communicate health, safety and environment risks.
