Job summary

Blackbook Executive is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the warehousing and distribution teams from a base in South Sydney. You will report to the Site Manager and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, managing work permits, and driving training schedules to keep personnel competent.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations, warehousing and distribution.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong safety/OHS focus with knowledge of Dangerous Goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day site activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Supervise contractors, manage work permits and ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Plan and oversee operational training schedules; ensure staff are trained and competent.
• Review and update operational procedures to align with Safety Management System.
