Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Scheduling Officer in Canberra to coordinate day-to-day operations from order entry to warehouse execution. You’ll work with Sales, Finance, Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order flow in a fast-paced logistics setting.

The role requires strong admin skills, Excel expertise, and experience with SAP; Power BI knowledge is advantageous. Applicants must have full Australian working rights and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• High-level keyboard and data entry skills.
• Advanced Excel skills for scheduling, planning, reporting and analysis.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
• A logistics or supply chain certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders and coordinate deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule warehousing activities and communicate with multiple teams to keep orders moving.
• Maintain promotional activity tracking and update procedures as needed.
• Provide accurate reporting and assist with admin duties as required.
