Job summary

Metcash is seeking a Logistics Planning Manager to lead end-to-end logistics planning, aligning workforce, inventory, warehouse capacity and transport to deliver seamless, cost-efficient operations.

You will optimise resources and schedules to drive productivity and service, while turning data and performance metrics into continuous improvements, and partnering with leaders to build capability and uphold a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or distribution centre operations with workforce planning.
• Solid understanding of warehousing, inventory and transport operations.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen balancing cost, productivity and service.
• Confident leader who can influence stakeholders and drive safety.
