Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset and safety awareness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; forklift license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop operational team members and team leaders.
• Drive safe and efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and targets.
• Manage rostering and workforce allocation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
• Ensure safety, compliance and company procedures are followed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with planning, reporting and customer growth opportunities.
