Job summary

DSV Solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road to lead a warehouse team, drive productivity and safety, and ensure operations run smoothly. The role involves coaching, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage workloads, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and get the best out of people.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and operational reporting.
• Forklift licence highly regarded.
