Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to manage inventory, warehouse and fulfillment activities in a complex distribution environment. You will plan and execute fulfillment logistics, and guide teams through lifecycle decisions including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.

You will set strategic direction, develop policies, implement plans, and coordinate across departments to meet short- and long-term goals while optimizing resource use and operations.

• Ability to operate within established practices, procedures, precedents, and well-defined policies.
• Ability to handle most situations independently with minimal guidance.
